Red Studio worked with Ruben J. Menashe Inc. to set-up the branding and marketing package for their new apartment building on N. Williams Avenue. The father/son team named The Albert after their grandfather and great-grandfather, and wanted to create something special in his honor. We created the logo and accent icon to be contemporary, but also have longevity in the marketplace and tie into the fact that N. Williams has such a strong bicycling community. A variety of community inspired images are used in the web site design, along with an image of the old-style stamped curbs that line the street. A community resources page was included to give residents an easy way to connection to all the restaurants and services within walking distance, along with social media connections.
In addition to the website, we created the leasing brochure, print ads, an exterior banner, leasing office displays, and designed the interior and exterior signage for the building. We helped the client achieve their leasing goals for both the market-rate and affordable-housing apartments in a very short time frame.
We continue to keep these marketing elements up to date, and recently converted the website to be responsive to mobile devices. Occasionally new photos are added and changed out depending on retailer activity on N. Williams.
