Editorial Portfolio

Red Studio Inc. came about because of a magazine called Design & Living – It’s where Kristi and Gregg met and started working together in the early 90s. So it makes sense that we’ve expanded our work into other magazine style projects over the years.

This portfolio highlights some of the projects that were photography focused, and others where we completed the whole package: writing, photography and design.

Photo Journalism

Gregg has worked for the Oregonian on a variety of Explore the Pearl and Lloyd Life articles. Projects to date have included home interiors, restaurants, retail stores, products, people and street scenes for articles and covers.

Editorial Package

Our team conceptualizes, photographs and writes complete articles, as well as complete magazines. For the 20 on Hawthorne apartments we created a magazine for their main marketing brochure, and the articles we produced not only promoted the apartments but also the Hawthorne lifestyle.

Red Studio Travel Series

As some of you know, Gregg and Kristi travel regularly and take scenic photography for our popular desk calendars and stock photo library. We created this series to expand on those travel concepts, and answer some of the many questions and requests we get. This series will be ongoing, and we will email as new articles are posted.
